The Less Stress Story: 

For over 20 years, we’ve been crafting sauces for our signature dishes—first in our restaurants, then on our food truck—building flavors people kept coming back for again and again.

Our journey started with a Huli Huli sauce we developed at our first restaurant over two decades ago, followed by an authentic jerk recipe gifted to us by an old-school Jamaican “Granny,” straight from the island. Those two sauces helped put us on the map—earning rave reviews, building a loyal following, winning awards, and creating demand that never slowed down.

In 2024, we made the decision to close our second restaurant, making a conscious shift to focus more on family, health, and a simpler way of living. That’s when everything clicked.

With our new family motto—“Less Stress. More Fun!”—we slowed down, dialed in on what mattered most, and built a brand around it. Bottling our sauces was always the dream… and that dream became Less Stress Sauce Co.—so you can bring our signature flavors from our truck to your table. In March 2026, we made it official with our first release: Hawaiian Luau, a Huli Huli–style sauce inspired by one of our most-loved dishes. Our second sauce (coming soon) will be our Authentic Jerk Sauce, crafted with that same laid-back, hang-loose mindset—followed by dry rubs and spice blends. After that, the sky’s the limit. Now, we’re finally bottling that legacy.

So whether you catch us at the food truck or crack open a bottle at home, you’re getting the same bold flavors that started it all.
